It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If your item(s) is eligible for return or replacement, send us an email via help center with “Replacement” or “Refund” and your order number as the subject. Please write your name, item(s), and details of your return/replacement reason in the email message.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to reply by email with our decision to refund or replace the item(s).

If replacement is authorized under warranty, we will send you a return shipping label via email for you to print and use. Shipping costs for returns under our 30-day return policy are at the buyer’s expense
